Second City & Beyond:

Since being in Chicago, I’ve written and performed in over 15 different sketch shows and done another 100+ improv and sketch one-offs. You can view some posters and images from several below. As a graduate of the Second City Conservatory, I’ve performed numerous times at Second City’s Skybox Theatre and the e.t.c. With my improv group, Pierre, I’ve performed throughout the city at any venue that’ll host comedy, including Stage 773, Studio Be, the Underground, and more.

Reapers: I starred in the first staging of the play as Bruce.

BRUCE: It’s flooding up there. It’s deep and the current is glassy smooth like a long fast snake. We were trying to snag carp. We weren’t having any luck so we started horsing around. Dickey waded out to the edge of the deep part. We started lobbing rocks at each other, little ones at first. One hit me in the head. I felt blood. I picked up a big rock and threw it and it hit him and he started bleeding. “I’m gonna get you, Brucy.” He started toward me. I grabbed a bunch of rocks and started throwing them at him. “I’m gonna get you, Brucy, I’m gonna get you.” He lost his footing and sank. I ran toward him. He came up again but I couldn’t reach him, He went down again and then came back up, but this time he was calm like he was already in another place and he looked at me with one eye and then he disappeared.
